New Build Snagging Inspections in Perth and Kinross
From Perth and Crieff to Blairgowrie, Auchterarder and Kinross, Perth and Kinross is a large area of market towns and villages, and new homes are being built in many of them. Builders including Persimmon Homes, Bett Homes, Stewart Milne Homes and GS Brown Construction have all built here.
Best Snag is a team of independent Chartered Building Surveyors. We inspect new build homes across Perth and Kinross, recording every defect, poor finish and unfinished item before you complete, or while your builder is still responsible for putting things right.
Wherever your new home is, from a village development to a larger site on the edge of Perth, our surveyors give it the same thorough, independent inspection.
Snagging Across Town and Country
Perth and Kinross has everything from new housing on the edge of Perth to developments in Crieff, Blairgowrie, Auchterarder and Methven. Our surveyors inspect the whole home, including roofing, gardens and driveways as well as finishes, joinery, plumbing, heating and electrics, and we record everything in one clear photographic report.
Our snagging process page explains each step, and our pricing page shows what to expect.
We also inspect new homes in neighbouring Fife, Angus, Dundee and Stirling.
