I highly recommend Best Snag if you want to have peace of mind about your new build. The service and communication was excellent, Ian the surveyor was punctual, polite, very knowledgable and clearly explained issues found to me. He spent over 4hrs going through the house with a fine tooth comb finding 122 snags which we would have never found ourselves.

Not all "snaggers" are equal. Most firms and independent snaggers are often not qualified beyond an NVQ level 3, which is the minimum qualification required to offer snagging services.
Just as not all "snaggers" are equal, not all services are equal either.
Our surveyors typically only undertake one survey per day to ensure we have adequate time to carry out a comprehensive inspection of your new home and don’t have to rush away to another survey.
This also affords the time to offer a unique experience for our clients at the end of our inspections. We take you on a walk round of your new home highlighting the issues found, detailing how these should be resolved by your housebuilder, providing advice and answering any questions you may have.
